We've built the platform with only 1 core thing in mind -- accurately identify candidate's technical skills, fundamentals, and foundational concepts. For doing this, our platform offers Assessments in 2 formats -- Tests and Tasks. Tests: these are a series of questions that are open-ended, real-job scenarios, in-depth (not mcqs or quizzes.) (the key is these are non-googleable questions, model generates infinite question library, and built from experts at Google, Oracle, Microsoft, etc). 1 Test = series of 10 questions. Takes ~30mins to complete. Tasks: these are actual on-the-job tasks -- like deploy a database, build a feature, debug a broken code, etc.) (the key is, candidates actually build something live in a production enviornment and you see what and how they built/deployed it). 1 Task = 1 on-the-job task to solve. Takes ~30-45mins to complete. So, depending on how you want to assess candidates, you can select those many number of Tests or Tasks.
